| 08.09.2021 | 20:15 | 01:30 | Rainer | Tracking tested -> good near the meridian - bad far away from the meridian => new polar alignment necessary |
| 07.09.2021 | 20:15 | 02:30 | Rainer | Telescope synced; Alignment perfected. At least that's what I thought. Then I realized that this is not the case. Backlash must be the problem!? |
| 03.09.2021 | 10:30 | 11:30 | Rainer | Further test with CWPI -> alignment lost due to an error -> alignment can be loaded during next observation => just sync the telescope to one star - CWPI will guide you through the process; new driver and power supply for the QHY600M -> works as anticipated now |
| 02.09.2021 | 21:00 | 00:15 | Rainer | Test with CWPI as the connector between CGEPro and Maxim DL -> works good but new alignment and slight rebalancing was necessary (**precise balancing is crucial for a good performance of the CGEPro**) => pointing is good, tracking is ok, still some small image shifts - further optimizations of the balancing necessary! |
