Comet C/2022 E3 ZTF at its Closest Approach

An true-color RGB image that is taken with an 80mm-APO and a focal length of 380mm. The Stack consists of 80 x 20s-exposures with sideral tracking for the star background. To enhance the ion tail, in addition, all images have been realigned in post-process with respect to the comet.
